For competitors who have booked times in the indoor arena are listed below:
Due to competitors request the show has committed to pay for the Indoor Arena so as competitors can work in it prior to the show starting.
The Indoor Arena will be available on Monday the 25th of Jan 2010 from 4pm to 7pm, Tuesday the 26th of Jan 2010 from 9am to 7pm and Wednesday the 27th of Jan 2010 6:30pm to 9pm for competitors to book a half hour session. Sessions must be paid for before they can be confirmed.
To book a half hour session please ring the Secretary at, during the day 033149019 or 0274321348 or AH 033147172 or 0274147810. Times will be allocated on a first in first served bases. If a competitor wants more than one session the booking will be taken under the understanding if the demand exceeds the amount of sessions available it will be limited to one session per horse/pony, so it is important when booking your session or sessions that you have your priority session, which is automatically confirmed, and you phone Andrea on the numbers above to confirm acceptance of your second session prior to coming in.
There will be 6 to 10 horses/ponies permitted in the Indoor Arena at each half hour session.
The cost per horse or pony for a half hour session is $10.00 which is payable at time of making booking.
Young competitors require an attendant to be on standby incase they require any assistance.
Where possible we will try and split half hour sessions into ponies and hacks.
If you are late for your session and all other sessions are fully booked you may miss out as if there is a waiting list and the competitor is there ready to go in, that session will be sold to them and no refund will be given to the competitor who does not turn up.
NOTE IT IS THE COMPETITORS RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY HAVE THERE SESSION TIMES CORRECT WITH WHAT THEY HAVE BOOKED AS NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR COMPETITORS WHO GET THEIR TIMES WRONG
